Hi, my name is Jesse Estes!

I am a Jesus follower • Husband • Father • Poet • Tolkien Society Member • Network Engineer

I draw inordinate delight from moving bodies of water. Small, babbling brooks nestled under forest canopy, descending down gentle slopes, are my favorite.

I love serving and mentoring, and occasionally teaching young people in my local church.

I’m an avid mountain biker, frisbee thrower, and video and board game player!

Books are a passion for me.

One Book, in particular, I delve into most days. It was in this book that I, probably sitting by a babbling mountain brook, met the One who set the brook babbling, and watered my dry and thirsty heart.

If I’m not chasing around my toddlers or architecting new company network infrastructure, you may find me sitting next to my lovely wife, writing poetry, watching our favorite movies, or adding an additional chapter to the many stories I am attempting to tell.
